Scholarship Questions
What are the qualifications to apply for a FHF scholarship?
To be eligible for a scholarship you must be a dependent child or spouse of a service member that has been killed or disabled during military service. Please visit our scholarship information page for more information.
Is FHF still accepting scholarship applications for the 2010-2011 academic-year?
We are sorry, the 2010 scholarship application period has closed. We will begin accepting applications for the 2011-2012 academic year at the beginning of 2011.
When will I find out if I have been awarded a Folds of Honor Scholarship for the 2010-2011 academic-year?
Applicants will be notified of their award via mail at the end of May 2010.
When will scholarship applications be available for the 2011-2012 academic-year?
FHF will begin accepting applications for the 2011-2012 academic year at the beginning of 2011. At that time applications will be available on the scholarships page.
Where will the scholarship check be sent?
Scholarships are dispersed directly to the recipient's educational institution in two increments, at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters.
